Performing cardio testing at various clinics / practices
Responsibilities:
· Exceptional customer service skills
· Patient Check in/out
· Appointment Scheduling (based on qualified patient’s charts in EMR)
· Prep next day schedule
· Insurance Verifications/Referrals and prior authorizations if needed
· Rooming / Vitals/ Manual Blood Pressure
· Keep equipment clean, sanitized, and stored properly
· Run assessments on qualified patients (Based on DX codes in chart)
· Able to carry up to 30-40 lbs
· Computer and tech savvy
· Fill out paperwork accurately and completely (Detail Orientated)
· Must have knowledge and be proficient with EMR databases
· Knowledge with HIPAA standards and certification
· Bilingual in Spanish a plus but not required
· Attention to detail
· Able to follow directions well
· Common sense (Ability to problem solve)
· Minimal marketing skills
· Must be able to travel within the surrounding areas
· Report daily numbers everyday
· Exceptional communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour
