Savage X Fenty is looking for a Media Specialist, Paid Social
The Media Specialist, Paid Social will play a critical role in growing Savage X Fenty by supporting the Senior Media Manager of Paid Social in leading customer acquisition campaigns across paid social media and delivering to the target customer acquisition cost, media payback, and LTV’s through management of the media buying strategy and tactics.
This position reports to the Sr. Media Manager, Paid Social
What You Will Do:
  • Manage paid social media execution across all major social media channels: Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube and other emerging channels
  • Assist with optimizing, implementing, and analyzing paid social marketing campaigns
  • Partner with the Senior Paid Social Manager in driving strategic social expertise within the team
  • Report on key metrics for campaign effectiveness and develop key findings for optimization
  • Facilitate the sharing of data and insights among relevant internal parties to inform future strategies
  • Build a strong relationship with key media partners, including Facebook, Tiktok and YouTube
  • Work closely with creative teams to inform and request creative concepts and iterations
  • Track and analyze metrics to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the campaigns
  • Occasionally work flexible hours including weekends, to adapt to the real-time nature of social media.
What You Will Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, advertising, business, marketing, or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in paid social bid management, paid social campaign development/management/optimization with the use of leading Social platforms (e.g. Tik Tok, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate to advanced understanding of Excel
  • Digital media operations experience preferred
  • Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills and an ability to manage data
  • Experience with Tik Tok, Facebook and Twitter Ads platform or 3rd Party API technology
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
