We are seeking candidates for the Medicaid Expansion Program Manager position. Excellent benefits are available for Full-time employees, including primary medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, life insurance, paid time off, and 11 paid holidays. Dependent coverage is available. The position is housed in Sikeston, MO. No Remote Work.

Position Overview: Provides management, enrollment, education, recruitment, outreach, and marketing for the Medicaid Expansion Insurance program. Certified Application Counselor online training is required. Service Region: Pemiscot, Dunklin, New Madrid, Mississippi, Scott.

Salary-High 30's to low 40's Negotiable depending on education and experience. Full-time 40 hours per week. (Some Flexible hours).

Responsible for community canvassing to support Medicaid insurance recruitment and enrollment in the service region. Self-motivated and enjoys community outreach, working with families, and can effectively work with a team and independently. Participates in partnership with other programs and activities in the Bootheel communities and is familiar with community resources. Comfortable networking and building community relationships. Experience with HIPPA compliance, volunteers, and health education promotion is preferred but not required.

Requirements: Bachelor's or Associate's in a related field from an accredited college/university or some college preferred but not required. Work experience may be considered in place of education. Interpersonal and practical public speaking skills. Organization, time management, Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) skills preferred. Requires travel in service region, reliable transportation with insurance, and a valid driver's license as a condition of employment. Company vehicles are available to support transportation.
