The Oregon Clinic is seeking Medical Assistants to join our organization. We have multiple openings available with several of our specialty groups throughout the greater Portland area. Responsibilities may include; rooming patients, obtaining vitals, cleaning/stocking exam rooms, phone triage, collecting and reporting of patient data, assisting providers with examinations, diagnostic procedures and treatments, registration, scheduling, referral coordinating and medical records. Candidates must possess great customer service, communication, organizational, and computer skills. The ideal candidate will be flexible, able to work independently, motivated, and a self-starter with great team focus.
Starting pay range, based on experience and credentials:
- Medical Assistant - $19.02 - $25.73 per hour.
- Credentialed Medical Assistant - $21.13 - $28.59 per hour.
Medical, Vision, and Rx Insurance is 100% paid for by The Oregon Clinic for full-time employees.
Requirements:
- National MA certification preferred (AAMA, NCCT, AMT, NHA, etc.)
- Prior Medical Clinic experience preferred, specialty experience a plus
- Ability to type 80WPM, EMR experience preferred
- Excellent attitude and flexibility
- Reliable transportation
- Strong motivation and work ethic
