Job description
Medical Billing 1yr required.
You must have billing experience and are interested in joining a growing team, detail oriented person with excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, and time management skills.
Accurate and Timely billing is a must.
- Determine correct level of service and diagnosis codes in proper sequencing
- Assign appropriate modifiers
- Data entry
- Obtain prior authorization and referrals
- Prepare medical records for pending/denied claims
- Knowledge of appeals and denials
- Maintain up to date knowledge of billing regulations and changes
- Payment posting
- Work denials or no pay’s correctly and promptly
- Electronic claim submission with minimal errors
- Follow up on claims not paid timely
- Must work from our office
- Base pay is $21/HR but will pay more if has psychiatric experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
