We are a growing Medical Billing Company seeking a full-time Medical Billing Account Representative to join our team. We are seeking out experienced candidates that possess detailed knowledge of the medical billing process. Candidates should possess the ability to read and interpret EOBs, understand the medical revenue cycle process, and achieve resolution for outstanding patient and insurance balances.

Duties include but are not limited to the following:

• working aging reports

• sending claims electronically or via paper

• processing rejections from the clearinghouse and payor

• calling insurance companies to resolve payment discrepancies and rejections

• processing and resolving "no pay" EOBs

• working with patients to resolve account balances
