Practitioners WORK FROM HOME
HelloMD is a 6-year old, national telehealth provider focused exclusively its medical cannabis practice.
We are actively hiring practitioners already experienced in medical cannabis to evaluate and advise our patients in Illinois.
Applicants must have a valid, unrestricted medical license in the State of Illinois. Telemedicine malpractice endorsements will be provided as needed as required.
Practitioners can work from anywhere; our service is open 5 days/week from 11am-8pm EST.
Our platform has served more than 100K patients and is user friendly. However, our live support team is in place at all times to assist physicians as needed. Hours are flexible and qualified candidates can choose from several shifts throughout each week.
Job Description
- Work from home; this is a remote, telemedicine position
- Consult with patients over live video to determine whether they qualify for medical cannabis and provide corresponding advice
- Authorize medical cannabis authorizations to qualifying patients
- Provide patients with information on dosing and product selection as applicable
- Choose hours (when and how many)
Requirements
- Licensed as a NP or MD in Illinois
- Experience authorizing medical cannabis use
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have a thorough understanding of the medical benefits of cannabis
