Job Summary

Iona Cannabis Clinic in Delray Beach is looking for 2 part time employees that believe in the medicinal benefits of medical marijuana. Led by Dr. Gregory Sonn, we help patients get the relief they deserve for conditions such as Cancer, PTSD, Anxiety, Chronic Pain, Insomnia and many more qualifying conditions. The ideal candidate will lead our patients through this process, including answering calls, processing paperwork, education and walking our patients through the qualification process. If desired, this position can easily grow into a full time position for the right individual that wants to grow with us.

ONCE TRAINED, THE IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST BE ABLE TO:

- Effectively communicate with prospective patients both over the phone and in person

- Relay costs, legislation changes, dosing questions, ICC office procedures etc

- Accurately enter data in multiple platforms

- Be familiar with programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel

- Be familiar with Apple/Mac Products

- Maintain accurate record keeping and patient charting

- Be able to educate patients and articulate changes and assist patients with deciphering their needs

- Demonstrate an understanding of HIPAA and the ability to maintain confidentiality

- Complete telephone and in-person screening for all prospective patients, including information necessary for data entry

- Be a team player

- Once trained, 20 hours guaranteed and more available if needed. Training may require a few overnights to our Headquarters in Fort Myers Beach.
