Job description

Working as a part of a leadership team with Sr. Project Director for Behavioral Health, help define and grow EYP?s Behavioral Health Practice to a position of dominance. Be responsible for Bi-annual reports to Company leadership team including CEO, MPs, and sector leaders. It is anticipated that approximately 65% of time would be focused on billable work, while 35% would focus on other initiatives aimed at building the Behavioral Health Practice and expertise.

Responsibilities:

Helping to Grow the Practice

  • Actively engage in networking and business development, working with EYP?s healthcare team to broaden relationships and build new business regionally and nationally.
  • Help grow EYP?s expertise & reputation through speaking engagements, writing & research
  • Participate in responding to requests for proposal (RFPs), make project presentations to clients, meet with prospective clients, and expand EYP?s growing network among clients, state agencies and specialty consultants
  • Help recruit and mentor new talent and build a team of experts and similarly minded healthcare professionals
  • Create & maintain exemplary behavioral health resources and data bases to capture and grow specialty knowledge

Annual Goals: Participate in setting the annual strategy for EYP?s Behavioral Health Practice, including forensics, behavioral medicine and pediatric behavioral health. Contribute to

  • Annual Behavioral Health Strategy, Budget & Priorities
  • Annual Business Development Sales Target

Project Work: Actively engage in project work specific to behavioral health, working from concepts through detailed development

  • Contribute to forensic, behavioral medicine and/or pediatric behavioral health projects
  • When appropriate, help build general healthcare client relationships to shape & grow EYP?s healthcare practice in the DC metro area

Continuing Education & Skill Development: Expand education through seminars, internal & external learning opportunities and participation in professional organizations.
