Kansas City Institute of Podiatry, a 3 doctor practice, is seeking a Practice Manager to continue its significant growth and aid in the strategic planning and development of the organization. The Practice Manager will oversee the operations in our busy Overland Park location and will report to the managing doctors. The position will manage the following:

• Employee recruitment and retention
• Project management related to the goals of the practice
• Operations within the administrative team
• Payroll
• Assessment of financial benchmarks
• Billing
• Accounts Payable
• Track and report on key performance metrics
• Credentialing for doctors and insurance companies

The highly qualified candidate will have the following:

• 3+ years of Practice Management experience
• Employee recruitment and on boarding experience
• An understanding of managing a practice
• Podiatry experience is beneficial

This is a full-time position with a competitive annual salary and generous benefit package including: health, dental, vision and 401k retirement package.
