Job description
Scribe accompanies physician in the exam room and documents patient process in EMR system at the direction of physician. Must have sufficient stamina to stand for long periods of time and document while standing. The scribe position is not a patient care role.High school diploma or GED. Transcription and computer skills are required. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to hear dictation from physician and patient are required. Must handle all situations with confidentiality, diplomacy and tact. Previous hospital or healthcare experience in direct patient care and/or clerical capacity, with knowledge of medical terminology preferred.

Schedule: Full Time Permanent, Day Shift, Mon-Wed & Fri 8am-5pm Thursdays Off
