The Laboratory Manager will be responsible for strategic planning, business growth, budget management, staff management/development, equipment acquisition and be a service oriented and patient experience focused leader. The Laboratory Manager will have a Bachelor's degree in medical technology, clinical laboratory science, chemical, physical or biological science from an accredited institution and a minimum of 3 years leadership experience in a clinical setting.
