Job Description:
This is a full-time, remote position, that can be located anywhere in the U.S.
- Provides administrative processes support for tasks such as data entry, document verification, communication to providers and clients.
- Routine decision-making is required, all the while focused on efficient processing of high-volume transaction-oriented assignments.
- Scope of work is defined by the contractual nature of the business.
- Data entry of new referrals for processing.
- Document sorting vendor management.
- Communication with clients.
- Navigation within multiple client portal systems.
- EDUCATION: High School diploma required.
- EXPERIENCE: Formal schooling as noted above and experience in an office environment. Familiarity with medical terminology preferred.
- MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Computer literacy, ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, excellent communication, customer relations skills and attention to detail.
- OTHER QUALIFICATIONS: Courteous and professional interaction with claimants, client companies, corporate personnel, and the general public. Customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
