Job Summary:
- Prepares requisitions for supplies and equipment to keep adequate stock on hand
- Orders or requisitions special items as requested
- Orders standard items directly from approved vendor
- Receives and inspects supplies and equipment
- Checks items against invoices or freight bills for proper quantity
- Checks items for damage and notifies responsible party of unacceptable items
- Noting any discrepancies on invoices
- Accepts delivery for items and records items received
- Properly stores items in an organized manner.
- Fills requests for supplies and equipment.
- Maintains inventory records showing items received, issued and current stock.
- Prepares departmental charges for items requisitioned and sends to accounting for billing.
- Maintains a perpetual inventory system
- Arranges for office equipment repairs
- Other duties as assigned.
Job requirements:

High School Diploma or G.E.D. certification

LPN Certification preferred.

Understanding of basic medical terminology

Ability to maintain file system

Ability to perform basic clerical/office skills

Good attention to detail skills
