Supplemental Information
Salary Range : - $68,500 - $95,700 annually
  • $2,500 sign-on incentive.

Some of what you will do:

  • Functions as a member of the County Leadership structure, and will work with the Programs Manager for the programs within the county(s) – including FACT, WISe, General Outpatient Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder services.
  • This position provides clinical supervision to assigned staff, and coordinates with the Programs Manager regarding administrative and clinical management procedures relating to clients.
  • Will coordinate with regional CIHS Clinical and Quality Management with ongoing needs assessment and training as needed.
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to include facilitation of regularly scheduled treatment team meetings to enhance recovery and person-centered planning, revisions and updates as needed. Includes formal and informal supports as appropriate.
  • Provide ongoing measurement of service outcomes and evaluation of intervention effectiveness.
  • Address barriers and potential health problems that impede the development of skills necessary for independent functioning in the community.
Qualifications

Who should apply?

  • Mental Health Professionals with a Master’s Degree in counseling, social services or closely related field and two (2) years of experience providing direct treatment to the mentally ill.
  • Must have professional licensure as a LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW and be eligible for Clinical Supervisor per the applicable WAC.
  • Three (3) years of experience in a behavioral health or healthcare managed care organization, social services entity, or closely related field. Experience must include: program management, report writing and presentations, and full supervisory and staff management responsibilities.
  • Must have a Clinical Supervisor certification or ability to obtain within 90-days of hire date per the applicable WAC.
