Norwood Sales Inc. is seeking an experienced Production Manager to drive continuous improvement and optimization of all processes. The Production Manager will assist our Plant Manager and oversee all daily operations in our expanding manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities include but are not limited in are:
Lead production staff for fabrication, welding, and assembly shops. Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards and address employees' issues or grievances.
Applicants must have a minimum of five years of production management experience.
