Description of Duties: Meet monthly and quarterly productivity. Ensure unit maintains a positive monthly and year-to-date financial margin. Ensure failed Days for Failed Activities are three (3) days or less. Ensure failed Days for Failed Claims are seven (7) days or less. Ensure unit maintains a monthly authorization of 95% or better. Ensure clients participate in at least two (2) community integration activities per month. Ensure Logisticare billing is $8000 or more per month. Ensure all staff meet monthly and quarterly productivity standards. Ensure paperwork for Child Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) is submitted to Business Office by requested deadline. Ensure monthly PO for transport of FFS clients is submitted within 24-48 hours upon request. Ensure monthly PO of supplies is submitted in a timely manner. Complete request form for community outing 24-48 hours in advance. Work closely with Human Resources to recruit and interview for vacant positions within 30-60 days after positions become vacant. Ensure staff completes documentation within 48-72 hours after delivery of services. Transporting individuals served is a requirement.

Minimum Qualifications: Master's Degree in mental health counseling, psychology or related field. Valid, Unrestricted Georgia Driver’s License. Certified Peer Specialist Eligible. Must be computer literate.

Preferred Qualifications: Licensed by Georgia State Composite Board to practice independently as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and/or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Peer Specialist Certification (CPS). Two years’ work experience in social services delivery (case management, outreach, prevention/education, individual assessments, group counseling). Three years of supervisory/management experience. Computer proficient, keyboard proficient with basic computer and typing skills and have the ability to multi-task. CPR/First aid/AED certification
