Job Summary:
The Microsoft Cloud Admin’s purpose is to support the Microsoft Cloud teams. The Admin will be assisting with requests sent by the sales teams and operational teams. This position will include managing and updating internal data sites.

This position reports to the Sr. Manager - Strategic Cloud Partners at the SHI Somerset NJ office.

Responsibilities:
  • Knowledge of Microsoft’s Cloud licensing program
  • Creating signature forms for contract documents
  • Managing internal customer data sites such as the below, but not limited to:
    • Scanning site
    • AX Customer Tables
  • Reviewing and providing customer invoices upon request
  • Engage with Microsoft's Services team and maintain data in Microsoft's partner portal
  • Process onboarding requests through SHI's internal tools for activation by Microsoft
  • Participate in administrative projects related to Microsoft's Cloud Licensing Programs
  • Supporting and maintaining SHI systems through licensing program changes
  • Maintaining positive relationships with our Microsoft counterparts
  • Assist in maintaining internal documents and records of MS cloud services, products and pricepoints
Qualifications:
  • High School degree
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools - Outlook, Word, Excel
Required Skills:
  • Ability to handle large volumes of work and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while being flexible and adapting to process changes
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to research & resolve problems as they arise
