Locations (one teacher per site): Stearns Elementary, Shasta Elementary, Malin Elementary, Merrill Elementary, Bonanza Elementary, Bonanza Jr/Sr High School, Brixner, Peterson, Mazama High SchoolThis job description applies to elementary, middle, and high school teachers unless otherwise identified by a specific teaching assignment in an alternate job description. Additional responsibilities and qualifications may be added for a specific position by the supervisor.
This program will take place at Stearns, Shasta, Malin, Merrill, Bonanza El, Bonanza Jr/Sr, Brixner, Peterson, and Mazama.
Primary Function:
Hold or qualify for an Oregon teaching license through Teacher Standards and Practices
Commission with an ECE/Elementary endorsement and authorization and be considered highly qualified by the Oregon Department of Education.
Preferred Candidates: Bilingual, SIOP trained, ESOL endorsed teachers, CPI Trained, CPR
To plan, organize, and implement an appropriate instructional program, as designated by the
Klamath County School District, in a learning environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their academic potential.

Dates: December 5- May 11 Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday
Times: For one hour after dismissal plus preparation time
