NRUSA is looking for a Mission Coordinator for private jet program located in Farmingdale N.Y.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, this position will have overall missions responsibility . Overall mission responsibilities include the timely, accurate coordination of missions, pilot engagement and passenger engagement.

Salary will be discussed during interview and depends on experience.

Monday-Friday 9-5, hybrid schedule (2-3 days in the office), after business hours and weekend phone coverage on a rotating basis.

Responsibilities:

- Manage mission coordination responsibilities and work collaboratively with the Mission Coordination team

- Complete and evaluate patient intakes

- Enter passenger requests, contacts, doctors, facilities and affiliate all in Salesforce

- Work to engage pilots and connect with available flights

- Track medical releases and liability waivers

- Coordinate ground transportation

- Book commercial flights as needed

- Manage the distribution of commercial vouchers and maintain accurate reporting

- Coordinate disaster response as needed

- Manage the coordination of veteran flights to various camps

- Coordination of the MLB program, working with MLB teams, veterans, booking hotels

- Shared responsibility of the after-hours cell phone for nights and weekends

- Participate in off-hour events, i.e. fundraisers, Pilot Fly in’s etc.

- Engage in patient outreach to increase flights

- Assume projects and other responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Operations or Executive Director as needed

· Knowledge of Salesforce a plus

· Aviation knowledge a plus

· Ethics and integrity
