BBSI is recruiting a Mobile Clinic Driver for Tillamook County. This position supports and promotes community health and wellness by assisting individuals and families in receiving Count medical services. This position helps to provide culturally appropriate health and wellness services, education, and screening to those who might otherwise lack access to preventive care, behavioral health, or dental services.

Each day, the Mobile Clinic Driver will perform duties such as:

• Safely operate and drive a 40foot RV to various designated sites
• Set up, operate, load, and unload RV equipment (leveling jacks, generator, HVAC unit, shore power, water tanks), and prepare RV for use at sites (training provided)
• Act as registration staff for Mobile Clinic provider and support staff
• Add, update, and maintain current patient information in data system
• Provide information to patients regarding patient rights and responsibilities, fee discount schedules, and insurance benefits
• Ensure client medical forms are completed correctly, and conduct intake interviews and screening for new patients
• Process medical records requests

This is a specialized position that requires skills and experience such as:

• Knowledge of operating and driving a 40-foot RV or equivalent (at least 6 months' experience driving a commercial vehicle such as an RV, bus, ambulance, etc)
• Knowledge of general office practices and procedures including filing, word processing, and record keeping
• Ability to use various software programs, copiers, fax machines, shredders, microfilming, cameras, and postage meters.
• Two years' experience in office or clerical work, with at least 6 months in a health care setting
• Fluent in Spanish (preferred, 5% additional pay)
• Valid Oregon drivers' license and clean driving record
