Chinglish Cantonese Wine Bar in Las Vegas, NV is looking for one model hostess / host. Our ideal candidate is poised, articulate, attentive, outgoing, and reliable.

Candidate should dress tastefully and be comfortable to carry on conversations with guests in person or over the phone while managing multiple systems phone, reservation, POS, and process transactions simultaneously.

Responsibilities

*Establish a welcoming first impression in person or over the phone *Communicate menu effectively and be knowledgeable to answer questions on food and drink offerings *Anticipate guest needs and relay insights to servers *Answering the phones and book reservations *Estimating wait time for guests *Assist guests with adhering to COVID guidance for restaurants based on Nevada law *Thank guests for coming and get feedback on their dining experience *Maintain and sanitize high traffic areas including lounge and waiting area

Qualifications

*Friendly and outgoing personality *Ability to listen and communicate effectively *Strong organizational skills with a can do attitude *Self driven and takes initiative to ensure guests have a positive and memorable experience *Evenings preferred. Weekends mandatory.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $15.00 - $22.00/hour.
