Kitchen Kettle Village is currently accepting applications for a MOMS Pretzels Guest Associate. MOMS features a variety of homemade handcrafted soft pretzel treats, such as pretzel twists, bites, and dogs with delicious dipping sauces. They also serve fresh squeezed lemonade and beverages. This position has the responsibility of spreading happiness and assisting in making sure that all aspects of MOMS Pretzels meet KKF standards. MOMS Pretzels generously donates all profits to local charities.

Some of the essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Ensure that each guest receives outstanding guest service by providing a guest-friendly environment, including greeting and acknowledging every guest, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of guest service.
• Record HACCP logs daily.
• Greet every guest in a positive and professional manner.
• Skill and efficiency to properly bake and handle money.
• Follow opening, closing, and daily operating/cleaning procedures.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
• Assist in keeping condiments and paper supplies stocked and clean.
• Balance deposits against daily sales and report any overages or shortages and report discrepancies to the Roasted Rooster Captain.
