Job Description
Money Movement Center of Excellence Product Manager
The Money Movement Center of Excellence (COE) Product Manager / SME will report to the Money Movement Capability Services Principal Product Manager. They will be responsible for developing the vision and associated roadmap for a Center of Excellence within the Money Movement Platform (MMP). The person in this role will visualize, strategize, prioritize, implement, and measure the ability of the COE to drive consistency across the Money Movement Platform's products through: tight collaboration/alignment with MMP teams, as well as an innovative approach that blends U.S Bank and industry standards.All of this with the goal to maximize platform and product value at the bank.
Core Responsibilities Include
- Implements performance measures that link/guide COE vision to goals and objectives of the broader MMP group
- Develops innovative approaches/solutions to solve problems and drive consistency in practices/processes/measurement within MMP.
- Provides advice and consultation on practices/processes/measurement that may result in MMP-wide impact and growth & therefore could be common
- Drive COE growth/impact through alignment of MMP goals and the use of industry best practices
- Use customer feedback to refine processes and approaches to maximize the effectiveness and delivery of the team's products and services
- Partner with capability managers, delivery managers, architects, scrum masters, business lines and product managers to evangelize the best solutions/patterns and facilitate execution across the teams
- Presents persuasively and authoritatively to peers and senior leadership, while facilitating collaborative conversation.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Skills/Experience
- 3+ years of Center of Excellence experience
- Experience in the financial services
- Strong technical experience, supporting or delivering service-based products
- Experience or demonstrable knowledge of ISO20022
