Hey there,

We're Desert Lens (and Denver Lens) Real Estate Photography, a young, fast growing real estate photography company operating in the greater Phoenix, AZ and Denver, CO areas. Founded by two guys in flight school who's aviation careers were sidelined in 2020 by the pandemic. We pivoted and went all in on what was then just our fun, side project: real estate photography.

We're looking to bring on one part-time, morning-hours administrative assistant to our small but growing team. This is a remote, work-from-home position, but it's important you live in the greater Phoenix area, knowing the valley is important for this position.

While the exact hours are somewhat flexible, we're looking for a someone kind, reliable, and on-it to work with us Monday through Friday from 8am - 11am and to fill in every once in a while when our Account Manager takes a day off.

As we grow as a company, this position can grow into bigger opportunities (and more hours if you wish!) down the road.

Job duties include:

  • Speaking with clients on the phone
  • Texting clients via our business texting app
  • Scheduling shoots via our booking system
  • Delivering imagery to clients by email
  • Charging clients and adjusting billing orders
  • Designing flyers, property websites, and MLS entry
  • Random tasks that pop up throughout the day
