Job requirements.

Must be fully licensed for a loan origination.

Must have two years or more originating mortgages.

Must have purchased mortgage experience.

Good to have at least some experience leading sales teams.

This job is not only Monday through Friday. Your team as well as business partners will call you over the weekend and you must be available to them in order to succeed. This is a higher performance sales career so most of your day or at least 80% of your day will be on the phone selling. The other 20% of your day will be going out to meetings doing follow up and keeping yourself and your team organized and focused only on production related activities. The hardest part of this job is being able to take rejection and still be able to perform at a higher level. The second hardest part of this job is staying focused and committed to only production enhancing activities as you work from home. If you can accomplish these two effectively then this is a high earning flexible extremely rewarding career path. But be careful because most people think that they can handle rejection from customers and business partners but they don’t. Most people think that they are highly productive from home but then get stuck watching Netflix all day. We aren’t going to micromanage you or look over your shoulder so you need to be very internally motivated to take your career to the next level. We have all the tools and resources you’ll need to be extremely successful. It's up to you to take the opportunity.
