General Summary-

At the branch, responsible for coordinating service and office activities to maintain normal business operations. Completes tasks and responsibilities in a timely manner to promote branch profitability and growth through providing superior service.

Responsibilities-

Quote new SR's into NetSuite and ServiceMax for upcoming PM's/Service Calls

Take incoming calls for service request, rental request and orders

Trouble shoot customer concerns over the phone

Prepare all paperwork, tools and parts needed for service request

Process, report and quote in shop battery and charger evaluation and repairs to customers and sales team members

Process all warranty paperwork and performa invoices for warranty process

Schedule and coordinate service calls, PM's and deliveries with customers and service techs and enter into NetSuite/ServiceMax

Coordinate with in shop tech and production for all rentals and individual cells that they are prepared for service or outbound freight

Process completed service request, check parts sheets, request PO's as required and create Performa invoices

Finalize performa invoices for all completed service request, in shop battery and charger repairs

Send credit applications to new customers. Enter customer information into NetSuite/ServiceMax . Forward completed credit apps to appropriate contact for new account set-up."

Ensures service technicians hand in service reports and daily timesheets promptly and accurately

Problem solving with technical support over the phone with techs, customers, sales, and other personnel to expedite repairs

Coordinate service truck inventory and maintenance

Manage service technicians' schedule on a day to day basis

Ensure accuracy and enter technicians' timesheets into Paycom/ServiceMax

Meet with customers - going over set ups and SBS service options / training

Promote the sale of products and services provided by the company

Additional Items-

The Service Supervisor will wear many hats. Shop work, travel with techs for training or additional manpower, etc.

• 3+ years experience in battery/lift truck maintenance
