Job Title: Moulder Operator
Job Duties :
Operates moulder and production machines to produce parts in accordance with establish standards and guidelines- Manipulates controls in an efficient manner to minimize waste
- Inspects produced parts for faultiness and reports flaw immediately to management
- Detects and promptly reports malfunctions to management
- Maintains an adequate supply of operating materials and obtains additional materials according to procedures
- Documents production activities each day, as assigned
- Performs other duties, as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements :
Prior experience in a millwork shop is strongly preferred- Comfortable standing for the entire workday
- Must be able to read blueprints and production tickets
- Must be able to accurately read a tape measure
- Good math skills
- Good time management
Education/Experience :
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); 1 to 3 years of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, use hands, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, walk, talk, and hear. The employee is occasionally required to climb, balance, and crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move 50+ pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet or humid conditions (non-weather); work in high, precarious places; toxic or caustic chemicals; extreme cold (non-weather); extreme heat (non-weather); and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
