Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Work closely with other process, integration, device engineers to jointly develop advanced semiconductor process
- Define process flows, develop new Dry Etch, IBE, PECVD, processes to meet structural and electrical specifications
- Designs and executes process experiments. Characterizes, compiles, and analyzes data
- Drive continuous process improvement (CPI) efforts to maximize yield
- Manage wafers though Dry Etch, IBE, PECVD levels in support of special requirements
- Ensure successful transfer and maintenance of new technologies in manufacturing.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years’ experience in advanced semiconductor technology development. Experience in NVM e.g. MRAM development is preferred.
- Experience of fab operation and process control in manufacturing facility
- Experience in test key design and electrical data analysis
- Good understanding of reliability stress and failure analysis
- Good understanding of process interaction between Litho process, film deposition, RIE/IBE, etc.
- Experience in multiple thin film processes e.g. both metal and insulator is a plus
- Hands on experience with patterning characterization tool e.g. SEM for data collection.
- Solid trouble shooting, experimental design and data analysis skills .
Must be willing to relocate to Albany, NY
Starting salary based on experience and education.
