MTR/NCR Certification Clerk will accurately record the certification of products, ensure NCR's are identified, logged and actions and corrective/preventive actions are implemented. Ensure required changes to quality procedures are requested ensuring correct quality information is regularly updated.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review and approve incoming material certifications.
• Prepare outgoing documentation packages are supplied to customers on time.
• Liaise with internal customers (sales &operations) on quality issues in conjunction with supervisor/manager.
• Update internal database and other related systems as required ensuring visibility of customer information to company colleagues.
• Liaise with 3rd party business bodies for stamp test and also documentation packages.

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED
• 1+ year experience of reviewing material certifications and material properties.
• Must have experience working in a certification role in a metals related company.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to proofread documents.
• Flexible and adaptable
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Understanding of quality procedures
• 3rd party witness involvement.

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
