Position Details

Job title: RN(ICU)
Duration: 13 weeks.

Desired Start Date: ASAP

Shift: Days/Nights 12 Hours shift

Hours per Week: 36

Experience: Min 2-year exp

Job Description:

• Efficient in managing patients with EVD, multiple medication drips, and use of Hemosphere Flotrac.

• Efficient in managing trauma patients of different severities.

• Perform assessment using CAM, CPOT, and RASS

• Efficient in the care of patients with hypothermia treatment

• Familiar with the care pleurevac chest tube drainage

• Familiar with the use of Allscripts EMR

• Must observe strict isolation precautions, hand washing, gel in and gel out.

• Must follow the SOP and critical care practice of St. Barnabas Hospital.

• Familiar with the use of the PCA pump

Certificates Required: BLS, ACLS, PALS

License Required: Active NY State RN License
