GENERAL FUNCTION
The After Sales Returns Team Lead is a subject matter expert in returns and communicates with business stakeholders (internal/external) to resolve problems, leads return product flow, contributes to KPI goals and is responsible for KPI reporting.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensures accuracy and timely processing of return product
- Troubleshoots and resolves issues with sense of urgency
- Communicates via email and phone with business stakeholders
- Communicates with After Sales leadership on troubled returns and production results
- Flexible to support the business needs
- Assists with training and coaching of new employees
- Goal driven
- Responsible for production reporting
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of related experience
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Excel and Outlook
- Attention to detail
- Able to work under deadline requests
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Self-motivated
- Excellent mathematical aptitude
- Ability to multi-task and flex between roles
- Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as requested
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or industry equivalent
- Knowledge of SAP Warehouse Management System
- Customer Service Experience
- Basic knowledge of Access
Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
