GENERAL FUNCTION
The After Sales Returns Team Lead is a subject matter expert in returns and communicates with business stakeholders (internal/external) to resolve problems, leads return product flow, contributes to KPI goals and is responsible for KPI reporting.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensures accuracy and timely processing of return product
  • Troubleshoots and resolves issues with sense of urgency
  • Communicates via email and phone with business stakeholders
  • Communicates with After Sales leadership on troubled returns and production results
  • Flexible to support the business needs
  • Assists with training and coaching of new employees
  • Goal driven
  • Responsible for production reporting

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Excel and Outlook
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to work under deadline requests
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Self-motivated
  • Excellent mathematical aptitude
  • Ability to multi-task and flex between roles
  • Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as requested

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or industry equivalent
  • Knowledge of SAP Warehouse Management System
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Basic knowledge of Access

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
