Dot Net Microservices Architect | | Pittsburgh PA or Initial Remote

| No Client interview | Only FTE

Scope of Work / Overview

· Solution to provide a scalable mechanism to provide product eligibility and pricing information to our PNC.com shopping experiences

* Utilizes the data within the Product & Pricing Engine (PPE) inside our Loan Origination System (LOS)

* Scalable solution that meets the expected performance (response times) of an online shopper (PNC.com) running Mortgage product/pricing scenarios

* Target interest rate options

* How much can I afford comparisons

* Side by side loan pricing comparisons of properties

* Closing cost vs monthly payment side by side comparisons

* Shopping calculator integrations

· Bring structured approach to design the solution to sit between the online shopping experience and the PPE (APIs, caching, etc.)

* Review target state shopping experiences

* Review existing API capabilities / performance of LOS PPE

* Put together solution / approach recommendations

· Work with delivery teams to identify interdependencies and lay out high level roadmap sequencing

· Produce architectural artifacts, high level implementation approach sequencing, solicit high level sizing, etc.

Core competencies:

· Experience with designing scalable architectures/API integrations

· Containerized application & microservices experience

· Well versed in Solution Architecture principles and capable of designing and implementing cloud ready, resilient, and scalable solutions and applications

· Well versed in object oriented Application Architecture principles such as SOLID design

· Well versed in various technologies such as databases (relational and NoSQL), message backbones, coding languages, frameworks, hosting platforms, etc.

· Ability to take business requirements / vision and define high level technical approach / components

Bonus skills:

· Experience with Lending products & technologies
