Renovation Brands is seeking a motivated, detail oriented, solutions focused NetSuite Admin / Developer. Using the NetSuite OneWorld platform, you will play a critical role in automating, designing, enhancing, and maintaining effective and scalable solutions across all lines of business. Renovation Brands is a high growth fast paced environment so strong communication skills are critical to success. You will work collaboratively to deliver solutions to a wide variety of stakeholders throughout the business as Renovation Brands grows both organically and through acquisition.

This position is 100% Remote with limited travel required.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• 
  Analyze NetSuite applications, workflows, and scripts to ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Collaborate with various business partners to document requirements and translate into operational solutions.
• Develop SuiteScript development for new customizations as well as updates and modifications to existing scripts.
• Take the lead in continuous business improvement by regularly advising management of improvements to applications, services, and processes that enhance efficiency, scalability and/or security.
• Assist with building integrations to 3rd party tools and help enhance system functionality based on evolving business needs.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation for application deployments for both existing and new customizations, scripts, and workflows.
• Configuration and administration, including access roles, permissions, security, and workflow automations.
• Perform root cause analysis on major problems and provide analysis to recommend scripted optimizations.
• Take a hands-on approach to troubleshooting

CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS

• You have been building integrations and/or customizations professionally for 5+ years.
• You write understandable, testable code with an eye towards maintainability.
• You are a strong communicator. Explaining complex technical concepts to other developers is no problem.
• You possess strong computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, programming languages, distributed systems, and information retrieval.
• When things break you are eager and able to help fix things.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent education & experience.
• 3+ Years of experience in a NetSuite developer or technical administrator role.
• 5+ Years of software development experience.
• Experience using SuiteScript 1.0/2.0, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, JavaScript and integration technologies.
• Experience working with business leaders to align business needs with architecture.
• Can design, build, and maintain custom searches, reports and objects within NetSuite.
• Working knowledge of NetSuite scripting, workflows, csv imports, user provisioning, defining roles, and other NetSuite administrative functions.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proven analytical experience with high aptitude for research, analysis, and problem-solving.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

• NetSuite SuiteCloud Development, Administrator, ERP Consultant and/or SuiteCommerce Developer.
• Experience with DEV Ops and agile development.
• Experience with REST service development.
• Experience with integration platform as a service (iPaaS).
• Experience with other Enterprise Applications such as Avalara, Celigo, Tray.io, Salesforce, Azure.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior experience with NetSuite OneWorld.
• Prior experience in a high growth small to midsize company.
• Prior experience within an Ecommerce or Direct to Consumer company.
• NetSuite Certification(s).
• Experience with iPaaS tools.
• Experience with SQL.

• Ability to understand and translate business problems and requirements into viable solutions.
