Job description

Require 10+ years experience, esp in an MSP environment. Mostly the usual Windows/networking stuff, including Exchange maintenance, VPNs (mostly WatchGuard, Juniper, Fortinet & pfSense), VM setup/migrations etc, (mostly Hyper-V and VMware), and of course the occasional random things.

We're a cross-platform shop, so we do support Linux and OSX environments as well as the usual Windows stuff. All customers are on RMM service agreements so we have plenty of automation, reporting, ticket management etc, (bonus points if you know Labtech/Automate).

We're also pretty proactive on All The Things so the fire-quotient tends to be pretty low, but once in awhile there's an after-hours migration or something. We're also cognizant of the fact that the customer is not always right, so if they're generally a giant pain to work with we will suggest that they find another provider. Overall the combination of these things reduces everyone's stress level and makes for a nicer place to work for everybody. :)
Remote work is generally fine, as are very flexible schedules, but we do have office space in Ballard you can come to if you need IRL humanity, and of course the occasional customer onsite visit is needed from time to time as well. (I.e. Puget Sound area applicants only please!)

We're also affiliated with an HPE reseller, so HP certs are a plus, and if you have any cybersecurity background (especially the things you don't put on a resume' because they make HR heads asplode :) that's a plus too!

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
