About the Network Telecommunications Administrator

Upperline Health is seeking a Network Telecommunications Administrator to facilitate the effective planning, provisioning, configuration, and maintenance of all phone and contact center applications within the enterprise. The Network Telecommunications Administrator is a critical member of the IT team and organization, responsible for mission critical systems used across the company. This individual will facilitate cross-team collaboration with other business departments, including Executive, Operations, and Contact Center Operations to define, monitor, and implement strategies and initiatives to optimize Contact Center and voice solutions. This person should enjoy fast paced environments, rolling their sleeves up to problem solve, and constantly adapting the processes and systems to support our physicians in the field and our ACO initiatives.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide timely support services to on-site and remote employees with technical problems and system issues
  • Create, maintain, and deploy phone configurations throughout the enterprise
  • Create, maintain, and deploy contact center call queues and multiple omni channel campaigns
  • Maintain contact center configurations including IVR/IVA and ACD functionality
  • Work with 3rd party and custom integrations between telecom applications and other platforms
  • Explore and expand on the existing calling platform automation and integrations
  • Maintain documentation for the configuration of all telecommunications systems

Qualifications of the Network Telecommunications Administrator

  • Previous experience managing enterprise contact center applications such as Five9
  • 5+ years administering telephony systems in a multi-state, multi-site organization
  • Experience within a healthcare setting desired
  • Experience with multi-tenant cloud environments
  • Experience with configuration and administration of Microsoft Teams as a VoIP solution
  • Understanding of network topology and principles
  • Detail oriented, analytical, self-motivated, and comfortable with complex concepts
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and adjust focus and workflow based on changing deadlines and needs


Compensation

Compensation is commensurate to compensation for similar positions in the region and based on prior training and experience
