We are the nation's largest specialty contractor and we are opening our doors in central and eastern WA in early 2022. We are a union shop which means you will get better pay, 100% company paid benefits, a full pension, and full training. Our projects are located throughout eastern and central Washington as well as throughout Idaho, Montana, and Oregon. We even do work in Wyoming and Alaska. Our craftsman don't report to a shop everyday like many contractors, they report directly to the job site. We dispatch our teams locally to keep them close to home and family. For those who want to travel we have these opportunities and you will receive full per diem to cover you expenses and you can make even greater money when the location pay rates exceed those from eastern, WA.

Our work covers all Division 7 trades. Everything from Thermal and Moisture Protection to Exterior Cladding and Siding Systems, Full Envelope Air Barrier and Waterproofing Systems, Roofing, Thermal and Acoustic Insulation Systems Firestopping, Fireproofing, and Expansion Joints. We absolutely want to hire experienced pros but we really also want to hire new men and women with no or limited experience who are competitive, reliable, hustle, and like to win.
