Overview A5 Labs’ Innovation Lab is seeking an innovative and experienced NFT Community Manager to join an expanding team.

Qualifications

• We are seeking a marketing storyteller and strategist with 1-3 years of experience in community building
• Proven record of community engagement and growth in the Crypto, NFT, Defi space
• Strong experience with Twitter and Discord is a must
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience identifying and delivering helpful community content
• A creative, strategic approach to community growth and engagement

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for growing an NFT community from scratch and engaging with them on Discord, Twitter, Instagram, Telegram, Facebook, and YouTube in a way that builds excitement for NFT drops, brand awareness, and a sense of community
• You will work cross-functionally with partners while focusing on engagement and growth
• You will help shape the internal and external communications strategy for a global audience
• Engage with Defi, crypto, and NFT communities daily through various online channels: Discord, Telegram, Twitter, etc.
• Listen, gather and share community feedback and opinions with the team
• Track community sentiment and provide actionable reports and recommendations
• Respond to user questions, comments, and concerns in a timely manner
• Enforce strict community rules, identify and remove bots
• Help build social/community measurement, attribution, and modeling
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports and also respond to ad-hoc requests
