Providence is seeking a Nocturnist to join its northern California float pool supporting Saint Joseph Hospital, Redwood Memorial Hospital, Santa Rosa Memorial, Petaluma Valley, and Queen of the Valley. You will be joining a highly collegial and flexible group that prioritizes personal career development and growth. This means the position has flexibility to evolve based on your career goals while also allowing for both part and full-time availability. Ideal candidates will enjoy having a good amount of autonomy while having the ability to change work environments frequently. • Float position supporting multiple locations around northern California
• 7-on/7-off schedule with flexibility for both full and part-time availability

• Compensation is between $311,965 and $375,010 per year
• The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above
