Professional Concierge/Door-person Needed!

A Manhattan based luxury Residential Condominium has immediate opening for experienced Concierge/Door-Person Front Desk Personnel for a Afternoon/night shift position.

Responsibilities include greeting residents, screening and announcing guests, enforcing building security, receiving packages and answering phones, entering info into building system, monitoring security cameras, abilities to handle the night shift by staying away through out and responding to emergencies.

Requirements

• At least one (3) year of Door-person/Concierge experience.
• Proven customer service skills and experience.
• Communicates clearly in English, this includes the ability to read/write instructions in English.
• Computer literate. Minor typing and email is required.
• Experience with BuildingLink.com a plus.
• Ability to work with other staff members and be able to take direction from supervisor.
• Available to start immediately.
• Able to commute to Manhattan.
• Must have high energy, friendly personality and willingness to work hard.
• Ability to stand for long hours.
• Ability to stay away during the shift.
• Punctual and reliable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
