We are seeking reliable, honest, and professional individual who is willing to do what it takes to get a job done right. A minimum of 5 years professional experience in general building construction is required. Experience in maintenance and repairs is highly desire

Qualifications:

• Strong skillset and creative problem-solving skills
• Must have ability to answer questions from field personnel
• Good time management skills and daily flexibility are a must
• Must look and speak professionally - job includes customer and homeowner interface
• Must be willing to train employees with lesser skillsets to promote overall company growth
• Position may also include walking jobs for proposals, documenting notes, taking pictures, etc.

Ability to multi-task in journeyman level in at least 2-3 of the following trades:

• Carpentry/Finish Carpentry
• Framing, Cabinetry
• Electrical Repair
• Flooring
• Stucco/Stucco Repair
• Masonry/Brick
• Concrete
• Roofing Repair
• Drywall
• Painting
• Plumbing Repair
• Welding

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Reliable Vehicle
