ProTec Building Services is a General Contractor in Southern CA specializing in Homeowners Association Improvements. We are seeking Skilled painter / Maintenance Technician / Tradesman with 4+ years’ experience. Must possess skills in multiple trades (concrete, masonry, stucco, drywall, ) especially strong skills in painting. Applicants must possess strong people skills and be able to communicate with Supervisors, Account Managers, and our Administrative Team. Qualified applicants need to ensure they possess the skills necessary to perform work related task and have the ability to use a company smart phone for submitting their daily clock In & Out time during your work schedule. · reliable vehicle (large vehicle preferred)

Must have a clean driving record and proof of insurance

· Must be a self-starter, detail orientated and the ability to manage/complete multiple tasks daily

· Must be dependable with a strong work ethic, honest and willingness to learn new trades

·Ability to work in an environment exposed to the elements

· Ability to lift 50lbs
