This 230-bed full-service hospital has been awarded for its ongoing commitment to care excellence and offers a variety of specialty services including cardiology, women’s services OB, surgical services OR, neurology, orthopedics, and emergency services ER. This organization is fully accredited by the Joint Commission and is a regional leader in improving and enhancing the standards of healthcare.
The Nurse Director Case Management will oversee all departmental activities within case management. The Nurse Director Case Management will work collaboratively with leadership to functional excellence and completion of operational objectives. The Nurse Director Case Management will develop and implement policies as well as serve as a mentor by providing leadership to staff. The Nurse Director Case Management is supported by a team of Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Registered Nurses, and staff.
Requirements include:
- Experience working in hospital case management
- Current RN license or ability to obtain license upon hire
- Ability to lead and communicate effectively
