Through our free-standing and retro-fitted spa locations, our team of dedicated lab technicians and care givers are ready to deliver a one-on-one experience administering much needed Covid-19 testing in a safe and secure space. Our team is ready to deliver on a promise of “patient first” by providing a convenient and safe testing experience for each and every patient we serve. We are currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner to train and develop a department of technicians and care givers, deliver on our experience promise and help to rebuild confidence in our ability to protect the communities we serve. This position will be responsible for ensuring the team represents our brand and supports the delivery of a safe and convenient experience through education, training and quality focused patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees all testing within the lab and educates on proper testing protocol executing where needed
• Monitors hygiene techniques, quality of patient care, proper waste handling and effective use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) throughout the testing facility and provides in-the-moment- coaching to team members when protocols are not being properly executed
• Works closely with Medical Director to maintain and manage daily patient test results and documentation of results—communicating with local and state health authorities as needed or required
• Ensure the team maintains adherence to all patient privacy and confidentiality requirements in compliance with HIPPA and other statutory regulations
• Ensures that all “consenting” protocols are being adhered to and flawlessly executed
• Properly “exits” patients post-test ensuring completion of patient education and discussing the protocols related to transmission of test results
• Provide proper “post-testing” patient education
• Executes lab protocols in accordance safety and health guidelines

Minimum Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner Degree
• Demonstrated experience in proper patient care
• Must be fully trained and compliant in all regulatory requirements including HIPPA
• Must be detail oriented, naturally inquisitive and a proactive problem solver
