Job description
Nurse (ENT). Peak Ear Nose & Throat is seeking an RN or LPN for a full-time position.
Responsibilities include preparing medical charts, rooming patients, checking vital signs (manually), patient assessments, assisting doctors on in office procedures, prescription renewals, drawing blood, and responding to patients' medical questions.
Looking for a self-starter, who is willing to work with a team, quick to adapt, can perform at a high level at all times.
Previous experience in a hospital or clinic setting is preferred. Hourly pay range is $25-$32 and depends on experience and certification. The work schedule is generally 4 days per week.
Office hours are Monday-Thursday 8 am-5 pm and Friday 8 am-4 pm. This position will work primarily in Provo (at Utah Valley Hospital), but with some travel to Lehi (at Mountain Point Medical Center).
