Established cactus and succulent nursery looking for a candidate who has interest in joining our team. Experience working in a nursery or growing plants is a plus, but not required. Experience with website optimization or management of multiple online vending accounts will also make you a competitive candidate( eBay, Etsy).

Job role includes but not limited to the following:

1. Packing plants and shipping

2. Watering and plant care/maintenance

3. Photography for online retail accounts

4. Other responsibilities as needed .

This is a true opportunity for someone who is interested in the plant business and learning more about starting and managing a greenhouse/nursery. Currently 2400 square feet of greenhouse space with over 20,000 plants. Property just purchased and massive expansion expected in the next 1-3 years. Opportunities for profit sharing and creative influence as this nursery is still young and growing( 5 years old).

COVID-19 considerations:
Currently sales are only online and work is in the greenhouse which has lots of air ventilation. It would just be you and the owner working together. Vaccination is recommended but not required. Owner is vaccinated. Masks are optional.

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
