Job Responsibilities

The Nursing Assistant (CNA-NAR) provides resident care as required under the direct supervision of the RN or LPN. Nursing Assistants are also responsible for performing initial and ongoing data collection on all residents and documenting the plan of care results. Completes assigned tasks to ensure timely, efficient and safe patient/resident care. Communicates and interacts with patients, residents, families and other health team members to assure resident safety and well-being.

Qualifications Required

· In good standing on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry.

· At least 16 years of age

· Good communication skills.

· Ability to read, write and communicate in English.

· Strong team player.

Qualifications Preferred

· Experience in health care or long term care.

· CPR certified.

Full-time and Part-time CNA positions available at Benedictine Saint Anne (Skilled Care) and Benedictine Callista Court (Assisted Living).

· Day Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

· PM Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM (4 PM – 9 PM shifts available)

· Overnight: 10:45 PM - 6:45 AM

All Nursing Assistant positions require an every other weekend and holiday rotation. Benedictine Living Community offers a competitive compensation package including great pay and benefits.
