What You Will Do:

· Educate, lead, and inspire the leadership team so we are positioned to achieve the best outcomes.

· Develop and maximize occupancy levels.

· Plan, organize, and deploy innovative strategies to ensure continued success of the organization.

· Solve problems.

· Ensure the organization is active in the community and meaningful marketing strategies are implemented.

· Communicate openly and honestly with staff, residents, families, and other stakeholders.

· Ensure resident and family satisfaction through a delivery of excellent service, and effective communication.

· Work as collaborative member of the leadership team to ensure we are delivering on the promise made to our residents and staff.

Why you are qualified:

· You have an active Iowa Nursing Home Administrator License that is in good standing

· You have a strong desire to lead and make a difference in the lives of those we serve and lead

Candidates considered for this position must successfully complete a criminal background check and license verification. EOE.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $78,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

• Bachelor's (Preferred)
