Job Description
Provide occupational therapy services to adults and geriatric patients including evaluations, planning treatment programs and goals, rendering patient treatments according to the practice and standards of the American Occupational Therapy Association, and discharge planning. Provide effective, efficient, and quality care. Perform other duties as directed by supervisor. Applies Dignity Health's Core Values to the performance of every job duty. Qualifications
Required
- 1-2 years of experience in care of acute and chronic patients in an inpatient orthopedic and/or rehabilitation setting.
- At least one (1) year of experience providing Occupational Therapy services in an acute hospital setting.
- Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy
- Current certificate of registration as an O.T.R. by the American Occupational Therapy Certification Board
- Posses a current license form the California Board of Occupational Therapy.
- Possess a current CPR/BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
