Job description
Quality Life Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist who is ready for a challenge and wants to make a difference in the lives of older adults. As an Occupational Therapist you'll be part of a collaborative team whose energy, communication and dedication are valued and rewarded.
Essential Functions include but are not limited to:
- Evaluate patient’s functional status
- Participate in the development of the total plan of care.
- May train patient in the use of prosthetic and / or orthotic devices
- Maintain appropriate clinical records, clinical notes, and report to the physician any changes in the patient’s condition. Submit these records in accordance with the organization policy
- Maintain contact / communication with other personnel involved in the patient’s care to promote coordinated, efficient care
